Pick your date and castle, pay your £20 deposit, and your booking is locked in. The balance is due in cash or card on the day of your party. Deposit refundable up to 7 days before.
A quick note — all hires are weather dependent. We don't set up in rain or winds over 24mph; if we have to cancel for weather we'll reschedule for another date — or refund your deposit if you'd rather not rebook. Full terms in the link at the bottom of the form.

Hire Terms & Safety Agreement
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure all steps are taken to avoid injury to users or damage to the equipment. Please read these instructions and ensure they are followed.
Safety rules
A responsible person over 18 must supervise each inflatable at all times.
Any soft play or other equipment must also be supervised by a responsible adult.
The inflatable must be secured to the ground at all times.
No food or drinks on the inflatable (choking & mess).
All shoes, badges and jewellery (large earrings, necklaces etc.) must be removed. Spectacles and plastic alice bands should also be removed. Adults must remove high-heeled shoes.
Don't overcrowd. Limit numbers based on age and size of children — see the safety info printed on the front step of the inflatable.
No hard or sharp objects on the equipment, and nothing large enough to block exits.
No balloons on the equipment (burst balloons and strings can be a choking hazard).
No party poppers, henna, face paint, coloured streamers or silly string — they permanently stain.
No water or liquid sprayed onto the equipment (beyond cleaning). Soaked inflatables damage soft play and ruin subsequent bookings. If equipment is deliberately soaked, you will be charged double the hire fee to cover cancelled bookings and drying time.
We will not set up in rain or high winds (gusts over 24mph). We reserve the right to take down any inflatable during the event if we believe it's unsafe.
No smoking, barbecues, glass or animals near the equipment.
No reckless or boisterous behaviour.
Avoid large and small children using the equipment at the same time.
No climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls.
Children must use the slides one at a time. No climbing on the sides or top.
Slides used in sitting position, feet first. No jumping from the top.
Safety mats must be at the bottom of the slide.
Mats supplied must stay where positioned during installation.
No bouncing on the step/front apron of the inflatable — the step is to help users on and off.
No-one with a history of back or neck problems should use the inflatable.
No users on the inflatable during inflation or deflation.
If unused for any part of the day, switch the blower off at the mains. If running multiple blowers from one extension, unplug all but one before switching back on; plug others in one at a time once each part is fully inflated.
If it rains, remove all users, place a table or similar over the blower to prevent water entering the inflatable. Do not switch the blower off. Once rain stops, dry the entrance/exit with a towel before users return (they become very slippery when wet).
Keep the vent on the side of the blower clear at all times.
If a blower overheats or loses power, remove children immediately and switch off at the mains. It should restart in 1–2 minutes. If not, call us.
Notify Bees Bouncers immediately of any injury requiring medical treatment. Treatment must be sought within 2 hours; a detailed record of the incident and treatment must be provided.
On adult equipment, adults and children cannot use the equipment at the same time. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs (prescription or otherwise) must not use the equipment.
When transporting through homes, we are not responsible for any damages or losses to property.
In hot weather inflatables can become very hot to touch. Suitable clothing must be worn — friction burns can occur.
If unsure about anything, please contact us on the number above.
Disclaimer
All persons use this equipment at their own risk. The person/organisation hiring is responsible for any damage or injury occurring from misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for the safety of all users and are the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure are adhered to. Bees Bouncers cannot accept any responsibility for injury caused to anyone using this equipment. The hirer is responsible for any loss, theft or damage to any equipment on hire.
By paying your deposit, you acknowledge receipt (on delivery) of the equipment in good, clean condition and agree to abide by the terms above. Equipment must be returned in the same condition. If the inflatable is collected in a dirty condition, a cleaning charge from £50 may apply depending on the unit.
