All castles are £60 for the day — every theme, every size, same price.
Delivery: Free within 5 miles of M22 (our base, near Manchester Airport). £10 between 5–15 miles. We don't deliver beyond 15 miles. Use the delivery checker on the homepage to see what applies to your postcode.

We're based in M22 (Wythenshawe, near Manchester Airport) and deliver up to 15 miles from there. That covers most of South Manchester, Trafford, Stockport and parts of Cheshire — Wythenshawe, Altrincham, Sale, Wilmslow, Cheadle, Stockport, Hale, Timperley and surrounding areas.

We don't set up if it's raining heavily or if winds are forecast to gust over 24mph — it's a safety issue, not just preference. If we have to cancel due to weather, we'll reschedule for another date — or refund your deposit if you'd rather not rebook. If it starts raining during your hire, take everyone off, place a table over the blower to keep water out, and don't switch it off. Use our weather widget on the homepage to check the forecast before you book.
Standard hire is for the day. We deliver between 9–11am and collect between 6–8pm, giving you the castle for the full day. We confirm exact times the week before based on the day's delivery route. Need it overnight or earlier? Just ask when booking.
Grass is best (we use anchor stakes). Hard surfaces (patio, decking, tarmac) are fine too — we use sandbags instead. Indoor venues are no problem either as long as the ceiling is high enough (we'll need to know the room dimensions).
For a 12×12 ft castle, allow at least 14×16 ft of clear flat space plus 6 ft of headroom. For an 11×15 ft castle, allow at least 13×19 ft. Add extra space around for safe access. Not sure? Send us your measurements and we'll confirm what fits.
No — supervision is the responsibility of the hirer. A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the castle at all times. We'll go through full safety instructions on arrival and leave you a copy of our hire agreement which covers all the rules.
We follow PIPA safety standards. Key rules: no food, drinks, shoes, or face paint on the castle; no party poppers or silly string (they stain); large and small children should bounce separately; no climbing on the walls. The full safety agreement (31 points) is emailed with your booking confirmation and you'll need to sign on delivery.
Yes — we have public liability insurance and our castles are PIPA tested. Documentation available on request.
A small deposit confirms your booking (typically £20). The remaining balance is paid in cash or card on delivery day. Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before your event; within 7 days they become non-refundable except where we cancel due to weather.
Normal wear and tear is fine. Damage caused by misuse (food, shoes, sharp objects, climbing on walls) is the hirer's responsibility — see our hire agreement for full terms. If the castle is returned in a dirty condition, a cleaning fee from £50 may apply depending on the unit.
Yes — that's our whole thing. Most of our castles support multiple themes via swappable Velcro panels. Pick your theme when you book and we'll set it up to match. Just be aware some themes share a castle frame, so they can't be booked together on the same day.
